+Can I use the foam credit more than once?
Yes — up to 2 separate in-store visits within 12 months of your purchase. Your balance carries from visit 1 to visit 2. After your second visit, any remaining balance is forfeited.
+I don't have a project right now. Can I still claim the credit?
Absolutely. You have 12 full months from delivery to decide. Most customers find a project quickly — a worn sofa, RV cushions, a bench they've been meaning to fix. Our team is also happy to brainstorm when you come in.
+When does my credit become available?
Immediately after your mattress is delivered. Walk into our St. Albert Trail location with your measurements and original receipt and we cut it on the spot. No appointment needed.
+What if my project costs more than my credit?
Pay the difference in store. No all-or-nothing restrictions. Your credit covers as much of the project as it reaches and you pay any balance above that amount.
+What exactly does the credit cover?
Custom-cut foam material and cutting fees. It does not cover fabric covers, shipping or additional finishing. Any foam project — any density, any size, any shape — is covered.
+Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Walk in Monday–Friday 9am–5pm or Saturday 10am–5pm with your original receipt and project measurements. Our team advises on foam type and density for free.
+What if I change my mattress during the 100-night trial?
Bring your mattress back to our St. Albert Trail store and we swap it for any other Foam King model at no charge — no restocking fee. Foam King does not cover return transportation.
+Who pays for delivery on a 100-night swap?
You bring the mattress back to our St. Albert Trail store yourself. We do not cover return transportation. Call us at (780) 413-7555 if you need help arranging this.
+What does Stain-Friendly Warranty mean?
Stains do not void your manufacturing warranty when your foam credit redemption is documented with in-store receipts. Keep your receipts for the life of your mattress.
+Can I transfer the credit?
No. Non-transferable — tied to the original purchaser. You must be present in store with your original receipt. Cannot be transferred even if the mattress changes hands.
+Is the credit redeemable online?

• Can I use the foam credit on a custom-shaped piece, not just a rectangle
Absolutely. We cut foam to any shape, size, and dimension. Curved, angled, tapered, L-shaped — bring your measurements or a template and we will cut it exactly. That is what we have done for 30 years.
• What type of foam will I get with my credit?
The same foam we use in our mattresses. High-density polyurethane, memory foam, or latex depending on what your project needs. We will recommend the right type and density for your specific use when you come in. Sofa cushions need a different density than RV mattresses, for example, and we know the difference.
•Does the credit cover the labour and cutting fees?
Yes. The credit covers the foam material and the cutting. Custom covers, fabric, and any additional customization fees beyond the foam itself are not included and would be charged separately.
• What if I only use part of my credit on the first visit — do I lose the rest?
No. Whatever balance remains after your first visit carries forward to your second visit. You have two in-store redemptions within 12 months. After the second visit, any remaining balance is forfeited, so plan ahead and use it fully.
• Can someone else use my foam credit on my behalf?
No. The credit is non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser. You need to be present in store and bring your original purchase receipt for us to apply the credit.
• What if I do not have a project in mind right now?
You have 12 months from your mattress delivery date to figure it out. Most customers find a project quickly once they start thinking about it — a worn sofa, an RV cushion, a bench they have been meaning to fix. Our team is also happy to brainstorm with you when you come in.
• Can I use the credit toward a new custom RV mattress?
The credit applies to custom-cut foam products, which includes foam cut for RV mattresses. It does not apply toward finished mattress products sold on the floor. If you need a full custom RV mattress built, bring your measurements and we will advise exactly how to apply your credit most effectively.
• Do I need to book an appointment to redeem my credit?
No appointment needed. Walk into either Edmonton location during business hours, bring your original receipt and your project measurements, and we will take care of you. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm.
• What happens if the foam I need is temporarily out of stock?
The credit is subject to material availability at the time of redemption. In the unlikely event a specific foam is not in stock, we will advise you of alternatives or suggest coming back when stock arrives. Your 12-month validity window accounts for this.
• Can I use my credit online or does it have to be in store?
In store only. The credit applies to custom-cut foam projects which require our team to take your measurements and cut the foam on site. This cannot be done online.
• Is the credit transferable if I sell or give away my mattress?
No. The credit belongs to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to another person even if the mattress changes hands.
• If I return or exchange my mattress during the 100-night trial, do I keep the foam credit?
If you exchange your mattress for a different Foam King model, your credit remains valid as long as the replacement mattress also qualifies under the promotion. Speak to our team in store when arranging your exchange and we will confirm your credit status.
