Taking care of the Cloud Lounger

The washable cuddle (minky style) fabric cover can be washed by hand or washing machine, but it must be air dried. Our covers are made of plush, luxurious materials, but don't let that stop you from enjoying a snack or two in your new Cloud Lounger.

What is the Cloud Lounger?

The Cloud Lounger is our unique bean bag chair, available for you to order online or in-store. It features a unique shredded foam filling, which allows the Cloud Lounger to keep its structural integrity longer than the conventional bean bag chair.

How do I know what size I need?

Take a look at our gallery, or use the dimensions table on this page to learn more about the differences between sizes.


We recommend a large Cloud Lounger if you enjoy extra comfort space when you go to relax. Our medium size is excellent if you want some added space, without taking up too much room space. The small size is a great choice if you have children.

How do I take care of my Cloud Lounger?

To clean and wash your Cloud Lounger, simply remove the cover and either machine wash or hand wash it. The cover must be air dried.

To get the most out of your lounger, you can shake it up every now and then, shifting around the foam to adjust how the shredded foam is distributed.

Where does the foam come from?

We reuse the excess foam from other, recent orders by shredding it. Within each Cloud Lounger, is freshly made & shredded foam made in Canada.

Can I return my Cloud Lounger?

We only offer a warranty on the cover and fabric liner, and we do not accept refunds on our lounger products. If you're unsatisfied with your Cloud Lounger, we encourage you to contact us with your feedback and experience.

What goes into making our high quality foam?


Our foam has the CertiPur certification. Which means that it meets the highest North American standards for health and safety.

CertiPUR-US refers to a certification process that allows consumers to purchase foam products, such as mattresses, furniture, and home furnishings that contain flexible polyurethane foam that has been tested and certified for the following characteristics.


  • Made with no ozone depleters
  • Made with no heavy metals (including mercury and lead)
  • Made without prohibited phthalates
  • Low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds)
  • No BPDE (Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers) in fire retardants
